精细化管理在建筑工程管理中的应用研究

伴随社会经济的不断发展,建筑工程项目数量逐年增多,规模也是越来越大,相应人们对于工程质量要求也愈加严格。面对此种形势,建筑工程企业若要在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,提升竞争实力,关键是要在保证如期完工的基础上,提升工程质量、安全,合理降低成本投入,此时精细化管理显得格外重要。本文首先概述精细化管理,其次管理理念、施工计划、管理机制、质量管理、物资管理、信息化技术等六方面深入说明并探讨精细化管理在建筑工程管理中的应用策略,以期为相关管理者提供参考。

Along with the continuous development of social economy, the number of construction projects is increasing year by year, and the scale is getting larger and larger, and the corresponding people’s requirements for project quality are becoming more and more strict. In the face of this situation, if construction enterprises want to stand firm in the fierce market competition and enhance the competitive strength, the key is to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, improve the quality and safety of the project, and reasonably reduce the cost of inputs, at this time, refinement management is particularly important. This paper firstly outlines the refinement management, followed by the management concept, construction plan, management mechanism, quality management, material management, information technology and other six aspects to explain and discuss the application strategy of refinement management in construction engineering management, so as to provide reference for relevant managers.
