浅谈 EPC 模式在房建项目中的应用

近几年，我国社会经济飞速发展，在建筑领域方面也有了长足的进步。在项目管理上，我们在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上，将 EPC 工程总承包模式引入到房屋建筑项目的开发、施工和管理中，使其工作效率得到了显著的提升。在 EPC 模式下，设计、采购、施工一体化，充分发挥了设计的领导地位。在设计与施工的深度交叉中，既能加速项目的进度，又能缩短项目的工期，节约建设资金和建造需要的费用。所以，在建筑工程中采用 EPC 模式进行开发和施工，就显得尤为重要。
